Elizabeth Way

Elizabeth Way’s expertise in accounting software is a direct result of 5 years in top-tier public accounting firms. She has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 1998; a Certified QuickBooks POS Advisor since 2002; and currently has over 1,000 successful accounting software installations. She holds the Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Enterprise Solution Provider, Intuit Solution Provider, Sleeter Group Certified QuickBooks Consultant, Fishbowl Inventory and Method Integration Certifications. She is also a member of the National Advisors Network.

As the former Corporate Lead Instructor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, she single-handedly brought one of Palm Beach County’s largest employers up to speed in Microsoft Office. As a technical writer, she has created instructional materials for Comcast, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach County Adult Education and Palm Beach County Health Care District. Over 25 years of IT support experience combined with empathy allow her to best match skill sets to overcome and solve the clients’ problems.

Eve Schindler

Eve Schindler has been training, troubleshooting, setting up and supporting several small business accounting and inventory management programs for over 15 years. Her background is a cross between programming, system setup and accounting which has given her the base to become a master at troubleshooting and customization. Her primary areas of expertise are in Peachtree and QuickBooks as well as multiple “add-on” front end programs that integrate with the accounting software. She is a Sage Peachtree Solution Provider.

Her long history includes editing code for educational software, writing custom database, integrating accounting and inventory management software, training, trouble-shooting, customization and system setup. Additionally, her knowledge of hardware as well as software allows her to quickly diagnose and correct most types of computer related problems for her clients.

Carol Vogt

Carol Vogt is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Certified QuickBooks Point of Sale ProAdvisor.  She specializes in Point of Sale installations and is intimately familiar with how QuickBooks Point of Sale communicates with the QuickBooks financial products.  Carol has worked on several installations of third-party software that works with QuickBooks, including Baus Systems SmartScan Barcoding Solutions products and FormCalc to perform calculations on QuickBooks forms.  She is comfortable in using a variety of methods to convert data from other accounting software to begin new QuickBooks installations. Prior to becoming involved in accounting software, Carol was a software engineer for a manufacturer of instrument management software.

Stewart Arrojo

Stewart Arrojo has worked in Information Systems since 1993 having designed and implemented many computer systems for clients. Having held positions such Network Engineer, Sr. Help Desk Support, EDI Coordinator, Lead Project Manager; Database & Web Administrator has given him insight to be able handle a variety of projects. He has implemented and support accounting packages such a QuickBooks, Peachtree Accounting, Sage Master Builder along with custom financial software for many types of industries.

John Stark

John Stark has developed and supported a wide variety of custom applications in Dbase/Clipper, Revelation (Pick), FOXPRO, Access/ SQL and Alpha Five. Using his expertise in accounting and business structures, he has also developed practical solutions using Crystal Reports. A few of his recent programming projects include: An ORACLE/SQL based, Access powered interface between telephone switch call detail output and QuickBooks; a data collection system for remote time and expense entry via Windows CE apparatus and cellular VPN; an Interface to a proprietary accounting package with data validation and protection of sensitive material; and numerous data conversion projects and development of front end / supplemental applications for QuickBooks and other business accounting packages.
